After years of making our own cherished memories at Devon Cliffs, we—Jan, Wayne, and Carl—decided to take a leap and share the place we love with others. Just stayed in this lovely caravan. ideally situated, parking really close. Everything was clean. Free WiFi, which the kids loved. Bedding made up on arrival. Dishwasher was ideal. Owners very quick on replying to msgs. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again

Just spent Easter week away as a family 4 and the dog. 2nd time of going and highly recommend. The home itself was clean and tidy with beds made etc. We had the best week away. Lovely sea view and the sun was even shining for a couple of days. Short walk to the beach which was perfect and from the main complex for the kids to be entertained. Thank you again for everything. Will be booking again soon

How do I book a stay at your caravan?
Booking is simple! You can book directly through our website or by contacting us via email. A £50 non-refundable booking deposit are required to secure your stay. The remaining balance is due six weeks before arrival. If you're booking within six weeks of your arrival date, the full balance, including accommodation fees and security deposit, will be due at the time of booking.

How far is the beach?
The caravans at Juniper Close 224 and Spruces 58 are just a 2 to 3-minute walk from the onsite, award-winning Sandy Bay beach, where you can take in breathtaking coastal views. The beach offers a wide range of activities, including swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkelling, and rockpool exploration.

Is parking available at the Caravans?
Both caravans do not include dedicated private parking space. However, there are parking spaces available in the area.
For guests with electric vehicles, dedicated parking spaces with charging points are available at the park’s reception area.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This allows us time to ensure the caravan is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next guests.

Is Haven's Devon Cliffs Holiday Park a family-friendly destination?
Yes, Haven's Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in Exmouth, Devon is family-friendly. It has a sandy beach, pools, play areas, restaurants, two entertainment venues and activities for children and teens.

Can I bring my pet?
Yes! Our caravan at Juniper Close 224 is pet-friendly, so you’re welcome to bring your furry friends. We just ask that pets are kept off the furniture and are not left unattended in the caravan.
Spruces 58 is not pet friendly!

Is bedding provided?
Yes, we provide duvets, pillows, and bed linen as standard for all bookings, but please bring your own towels.

Are entertainment passes included?
Entertainment passes are not included in the booking price but can be purchased directly through Haven. These passes give you access to the swimming pools and entertainment venues onsite.
Passes are not required for the arcades or food courts, so you can enjoy these areas without one.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, both caravans come with free superfast 5G Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi is also available in the entertainment venues through Haven, though signal strength may vary.
